Please fill out the web form below to create your order. There are a few general guidelines below as well.
1. There are no returns on Sunrise store items if the item received matches the item that was ordered. Please check the spec sheet to verify that the item will fit before ordering. Items that are received in the wrong color/size can be returned for full credit and replaced at no cost to you.
2. Every item, excluding coffee, golf, and hydration supplies, is custom ordered. We also pool the orders and make a group order at the end of every month. Due to this, items can take 5-6 weeks to get delivered to your site.
Sunrise store gift certificates are given out to new employees and to tenured employees on their work anniversaries. To use your gift certificate please note the certificate serial number on your order sheet under the PRICE column. Under the "PRICE" column of the order form below, please put "GC" and then your gift certificate serial number. For example, if your gift certificate serial number is 0309162024, you would put "GC0309162024" in the "PRICE" column with "-$50" at the TOTAL COST.
Please note that gift certificates expire one month and one day after the certificate is created.
