Dr. Jeffrey Bill

Founder & CEO

Dr. Jeffrey Bill is a lifelong resident of the West Side of Cincinnati. He earned his undergraduate degree in Biology (B.S.) at the University of Cincinnati before achieving his Doctor of Medicine at Wright State University.  After a year in private practice as a Family Physician, Dr. Bill founded Sunrise in 2007 and began providing basic Office-Based Opioid Treatment (OBOT).  He progressed in the specialty over the next several years and achieved his board certification in Addiction Medicine by 2010.  Dr. Bill still lives on West Side with his wife and four daughters. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching, golfing, hunting and fishing.

Jim Craver

Chief Operating Officer

Jim is lifelong resident of Cincinnati earning his BBA in Finance and a BBA in Human Resources at the University of Cincinnati. Jim has held operational leadership roles in retail services, hospitality services and recently held Executive Operational roles in Healthcare for the past 15+ years of his career. Jim’s career has been growth-focused, leading healthcare organization through aggressive expansion efforts while maintaining day-to-day operations. Jim lives on the east side of Cincinnati with his wife, daughter and 6 rescue dogs. In his free time, he enjoys volunteering for a local no-kill animal rescue on the east side of Cincinnati, an endeavor he's been involved with for the past 18 years.

Dr. Christopher Aviles

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Christopher Aviles attended the Wright State University School of Medicine and completed his family medicine residency at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois. Dr. Aviles is a Chicago native and enjoys cheering for his Chicago teams. Prior to joining Sunrise Treatment Center in January 2014, he worked in two community health centers and for Premier Health Partners. In his free time Dr. Aviles enjoys reading, golfing, and martial arts.
